英牙凝析油外输管道输送工艺

Transportation Processs of YingYa Condensate Pipeline

  • 摘要: 根据英牙外输管道油品的性质和管道外输现状, 运用PIPEPHASE软件分析管道的最大输量和最小输量。通过软件模拟正常输量下管道的沿程温降和压降, 并与实际运行数据进行比对分析, 判断软件模拟数据的可靠性, 并进一步模拟管道沿线最冷工况下的沿程温降和压降。通过凝析油析蜡过程分析, 结合管道实际运行的相关参数研究管道正反输、清管、中间加热站运行及冬季加降凝剂等技术, 确定管道的最佳运行方式, 确保外输管道冬季安全运行。

     

    Abstract: The maximum throughput and minimum throughput of YingYa Condensate Pipeline are analyzed by means of PIPEPHASE software based on condensate's property and transportation actualities of the pipeline.Temperature drop and pressure drop along the pipeline are simulated with the software at normal throughput and the result simu lated is analyzed and compared with actual operation data of the pipeline in order to determine the reliability of the software in data simulation.Also, the maximum throughput and minimum throughput of the pipeline at extreme cold operation condition are further simulated.The paper analyzes wax deposition process of condensate, researches a series of techniques abont forward transporta-tion/reverse pumping, pipe pigging, intermediate heating station's operation and PPD injection in winter based on the relative parameters of pipeline operation and sets up optimal operation way of pipeline to ensure safe operation in winter.
