大型原油储罐的静力数值分析

Numerical Analysis of Static Force on Large-scale Oil Tanks

  • 摘要: 建立了大型储罐的有限元模型, 其静力问题采用空间有限元分析, 地基用弹簧单元模拟, 罐壁用壳单元模拟, 液体用三维流体单元模拟。分析了储罐液位高度和地基模量对储罐应力的影响。分析结果表明, 储罐液位越高, 其根部和底板边缘区域内的环向应力、径向应力及轴向应力越大; 地基模量对储罐外壁轴向应力和环向应力的影响主要集中在第一圈板的下部。对于15×104m3原油储罐, 正锥和倒锥底板储罐的应力和变形相似。

     

    Abstract: Finite element model for large-scale oil tank is established and its static force problem is analyzed by space finite element analysis, foundation is simulated by spring element, tank wall is simulated with shells and liquid is simulated with three-dimensional fluid element.Stress effects of liquid height and foundation modulus on the tank are studied.Analysis results show that the higher the liquid height, the ring, radial, axial stresses in a certain region of the bottom edge and the roots are bigger; the ring, radial, aiXial stress effects of the foundation modulus is focused on the first bottom plate.For 150 000 m3 oiltank with inverted cone and cone of bottom plate, the forces and deformations are similar.
