动态规划法在西南管道泵站优化运行中的应用

Application of Dynamic Programming Theory in Optimized Operation of Pump Station over West-South Oil Product Pipeline

  • 摘要: 以西南成品油管道泵站为例, 运用动态规划的原理, 解决配有调速泵的管道全线开泵方案问题。以管道全线动力费用最低为目标函数, 建立了泵站开泵方案优化过程的数学模型并给出了求解方法; 设置合理步长, 将调速泵离散化为一系列不同转速的固定转速泵, 编制计算机程序, 实现泵性能参数的计算和优化配泵。

     

    Abstract: Taking the pump station of West-South Oil Product Pipeline as an example, dynamic programming theory is adopted to settle pump running problem of the whole pipeline with speed variable pumps.Considering the minimum power cost of the whole pipeline as an objective function, mathematical model for optimized process of pump running programming of pump stations is established and its solution is given.By setting reasonable time steps and discretizing rotary speed pumps, the speed variable pumps are treated as a series of fixed rotary speed pumps, then computer program is designed to calculate performance parameters of pump and realize optimization allocation of pumps.
