模糊综合评价法优选城市燃气储气方案

Optimal Selection of City Gas Storage Scheme Based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method

  • 摘要: 在综合分析城市燃气储气方案设计目标的基础上, 首先将评价指标按属性分为技术、经济、社会三类共11个指标, 并应用层次分析法确定评价指标的权重, 然后对方案涉及的单指标按规定打分, 通过岭型隶属度函数确定各单指标隶属于评价等级的程度, 最后用模糊综合评价法确定最优方案。经案例验证, 该方法计算结果客观, 符合工程实际, 可为科学确定城市燃气最优储气方案提供依据。

     

    Abstract: On the basis of analyzing design objective of gas storage scheme for city gas comprehensively, firstly evaluation indexes are classified into three types according to their attributes, that is technology, economy and society consisted of 1 1 indexes, hierarchical process is used to determine the weight of evaluation indexes; then, individual index of every scheme involved in gas storage scheme is scored based on regulation, subjection degree of individual index subordinated to evaluation level is determined through " mountain-shaped " subjection degree function; and finally, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine optimal gas storage scheme for city gas.Demonstration from a case shows that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is objective with accurate calculation results.It is considered that this method provides an application base in design optimal selection scheme of gas storage scheme for city gas.
