钢质管道内外环氧粉末喷涂一次成型新工艺

Improved Film Once-forming Process for Internal & External Fusion Bonded Epoxy Powder on Steel Pipes

  • 摘要: 针对钢管内外环氧粉末工艺流程存在的缺陷, 提出了一种全新的内外环氧粉末一次成膜工艺。介绍了环氧粉末内外喷涂技术, 从粉末喷涂速度、成膜厚度、加热方式等方面分析了钢管内外环氧粉末喷涂一次成型新工艺的可行性, 提出了环氧粉末内外喷涂新工艺流程。该工艺既可以降低"先内后外"或"先外后内"工艺对已经成型外(内)环氧粉末涂层造成的损坏, 又可以延长涂层寿命, 降低腐蚀破坏的概率。

     

    Abstract: Aiming at the defects existed in the process of internal & external fusion bonded epoxy powder(FBE) on steel pipes, an improved new film forming process is proposed. The paper introduces FBE applying process for internal & external pipes, analyzes the feasibility in film forming process from applying velocity of powder, filming thickness and heating method and presents a new technological process. The process can eliminate the damage to the formed FBE film on steel pipes resulting from the process of"inner applying before outer applying"or"outer applying before inner applying", also elongate service life of the coating and decrease corrosion and damage probability.
