埋地热油管道停输温降的大型环道测试分析

Large-scale Flow Loop Experiment and Analysis on Temperature Drop of Buried Hot Oil Pipeline after Shutdown

  • 摘要: 采用大型试验环道对埋地热油管道停输后管内油温及管道周围土壤温度场的变化进行了现场测试, 分析了停输前的运行条件以及地温等因素对管道停输温降的定量影响, 获得的试验数据可为管道停输温降计算模型的检验和修正提供重要的依据。

     

    Abstract: Large-scale flow loop experiment is carried out to measure temperature field varieties of crude oil in buried hot oil pipeline and that of soil around the pipeline under field-scale operating conditions after its shutdown. Quantitative effects of operation conditions and ground temperature on crude oil temperature drops before the pipeline shutdown are analyzed. Experimental data obtained can be used as a significant basis for verification and modification of the calculation model of temperature drops in the shutdown of buried hot oil pipelines.
