工频与变频输油泵并联运行的流量调节

  • 摘要: 介绍了长输管道工频输油泵与变频输油泵并联运行工况下, 管道输油量的调节。分析了工频输油泵、变频输油泵单独工作和并联工作的系统压力、流量的变化情况, 指出在工频输油泵与变频输油泵并联运行的工况下, 需要通过调节输油泵阀门开度与变频输油泵的转速来保证系统稳定运行。针对调节工频输油泵阀门开度存在节流损失的问题, 认为对工频输油泵叶轮进行拆级改造是一种可行的方法。

     

    Abstract: This paper introduces the flowrate control for frequency and inverter pumps in parallel operation. Varieties in pressure and flowrate for frequency and inverter pumps in separately operation and parallel operation are analyzed. It is pointed out that under the condition of frequency and inverter pumps in parallel operation, controlling the opening of pump valve and rotary speed of inverter pump are needed to ensure stable operating of the whole system. In the light of throttle loss problem existed in controlling the valve opening of inverter pump, impeller improvement for frequency pump is considered as a feasible method.
