摘要: 介绍了带铜衬垫管道气动内对口器的特点及国内外的研究应用现状, 分析了ϕ1 219 mm带铜衬垫管道气动内对口器的系统结构和工作原理。通过焊接试验, 定性分析了焊缝渗铜现象及其对焊缝金属力学性能的影响, 并确定了最佳衬垫材料。Abstract: The characteristics of ϕ1219 pneumatic internal clamp with copper liner and its research and application status quo at home and abroad are introduced. Structure and operation principle of this system are analyzed. By means of welding test, influence of copper-penetrated welds phenomena on mechanical performances of welds metal is qualitatively analyzed and the best copper liner material is determined.
