管道3PE防腐层技术标准对比分析

Comparison and Analysis on Technology Standards of 3PE Coating of Pipelines

  • 摘要: 针对3PE涂层在国内管道工程应用中存在剥离的现象, 对国内外3PE涂层相关标准及技术规格书进行了对比分析。从涂层结构、原材料指标、涂装工艺评定和涂装表面要求及质量检验等四个方面, 对比分析了主要技术指标的差异, 重点考察了环氧层、表面要求以及长期阴极剥离等指标对3PE涂层质量控制的影响, 提出了今后需要进一步改进的性能指标。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to the cathodic disbonding of 3PE coating of pipes in domestic construction, relative standards and technology specifications on 3PE coating of pipes at home and abroad are compared and analyzed to find out their differences in technological parameters from structure of coating, index in row materials, technological assessment of coating, requirement in surface coating and quality testing/acceptance. The influence of technology indexes in epoxy coating, surface preparation and long-term cathodic disbonding on the quality control of 3PE coating is studied and analyzed, and performance indexes to be further improved are put forward.
