油田回注水管道腐蚀分析及防护对策

Corrosion Analysis of Water Reinjection Pipeline in Oilfield and Prevention Method

  • 摘要: 采用电化学试验方法, 研究了温度、流速、pH值和氯化钠浓度等因素对腐蚀的影响规律。针对江苏油田回注水腐蚀问题, 采用电化学法和挂片法对FHH-02、956-02和BUCT-01三种缓蚀剂进行了评价, 指出BUCT-01缓蚀剂的防腐效果最好。通过对腐蚀严重的两口井投加BUCT-01缓蚀剂进行防腐试验, 结果表明, 管道加剂后有效地抑制了腐蚀。

     

    Abstract: In allusion to corrosion of water reinjection pipeline in Jiangsu Oilfield, electrochemical testing method is used to study and analyze the influence law of factors in temperature, velocity of flow, pH value and NaCl concentration to corrosion. Electrochemical method and coupon weight method are utilized to assess corrosion inhibitors FHH-02, 956-02 and BUCT-01. It is indicated that corrosion inhibitors BUCT-01 has a best effect. Corrosion control tests with corrosion inhibitors BUCT-01 are made in two oil wells which are seriously corroded. Test results show that corrosion is effectively inhibited in the water rei njection pipeline and economic benefit is improved afterward.
