雅克拉气田集输管道腐蚀预测与防治

Prediction and Prevention of Corrosion in Gathering Lines of Yakela Condensate Gasfield

  • 摘要: 针对雅克拉凝析气含CO2高, 流速快、强冲刷流体流动造成管道严重腐蚀的现象, 对Waard公式和Predict 4两种腐蚀预测模型进行了实例计算与分析, 提出了不同模型计算结果所反映的腐蚀状态、腐蚀行为和腐蚀趋势, 探讨了在役管道和新建管道两种腐蚀防治对策, 通过对比优选制定了雅克拉气田集输管道较为可行的防腐对策。

     

    Abstract: Condensate gas in Yakela Condensate Gasfield in Sichuan Proyince is characterized by higher CO2 contant, higher velocity and stronger erosion of the gas resulting in serious corrosion in gathering line. In the light of the problam, two models to predict corrosion, Waard Equation and Predict 4, are adopted for actual case calculation and analysis. Corrosion state, corrosion behavior and corrosion tendency based on calculation results obtained ftom different models are pointed out and corrosion control countermeasures for in-service pipeline and newbuilt pipeline are discussed. Available corrosion prevention measures is worked out through program comparison and optimization for gas gathering lines in Yakela Condensate Gasfield.
