Technology Route to Integrity Management of Pipeline Facilities

  • 摘要: 基于对管道系统相关的安全评价方法和资产完整性管理(AIM)技术的总结分析, 指出AIM技术是开展油气站场完整性管理的技术基础。通过分析油气站场完整性管理的内涵和特征, 提出了开展油气站场完整性管理的技术方法和基本体系框架的设想, 其核心思想是在资产完整性管理技术系统集成的基础上, 实施基于风险管理的以流程单元和设备关键部件为对象的深层次的完整性管理模式, 开展与生产管理过程紧密结合的体系和平台建设, 最终建立与管道完整性管理理念和方法相一致的油气站场完整性管理体系。

     

    Abstract: Based on summary and analysis of relative risk assessment method of pipeline system and asset integrity management(AIM) methodology, the paper points out that AIM methodology is a technical fundament to carry out integrity management of pipeline facilities. By means of analysis on the connotation and characteristics of integrity management of pipeline facilities, technology route to develop integrity management of pipeline facilities and assumption to establish its basic system framework are proposed, in which the core conception is first based on integrated AIM system to implement a further integrity management mode under precondition of taking process unit and vital component of equipment as a target risk management base, then build up system and platform closer to operation and management process and finally establish integrity management system of pipeline facilities in line with the conception and methodology of pipeline integrity management.
