海底管道多相混输技术研究现状与发展

Actualities and Development in Study of Multiphase Mixing Transportation Process for Offshore Pipelines

  • 摘要: 介绍了海底管道多相混输的技术特点, 从流型识别、压降规律、温降规律和模拟计算等方面论述了海底多相混输管道相关技术的研究现状。探讨了海底管道多相混输技术的研究发展方向, 包括多相增压设备的研发、压降规律和温降规律的模拟计算、段塞流和水合物等技术难题的解决以及长距离多相混输技术的攻关。

     

    Abstract: Technology property of multiphase mixing transportation for offshore pipeline is introduced and study actualities of related process for the pipeline is described from flow pattern recognition, pressure drop law, temperature drop law and simulation calculation. Direction in study and development of multiphase mixing transportation for offshore pipeline is discussed, including development of multiphase booster pump, simulation calculation of pressure drop law and temperature drop law, solution to slug flow and hydrate and 1ong-distance multiphase mixing transportation as well.
