Fatalness Assessment on Working Conditions of LNG Receiving Terminal

  • 摘要: 以我国第一座LNG接收终端为例, 结合LNG接收终端的系统组成, 应用作业条件危险性评价法对各系统的作业条件进行了安全评价, 评价结果反映了各系统存在的重大事故隐患及危险程度, 并按照危险度的分值对各系统作业条件的危险程度进行了排序。指出在生产管理过程中, 需针对不同的系统采取必要的安全防护措施, 防止事故发生。

     

    Abstract: Taking the first LNG receiving terminal in China as an example and combined with its system constitution, the paper adopts fatalness assessment method to evaluate the working conditions of every system in LNG receiving terminal. Assessment result reveals hazards and risk levelin individual system of LNG receiving terminal. The sequence of risk level for systems'working conditions is determined based on the risk level value. It is pointed out that during operation of LNG receiving terminal, necessary protective measures for different systems should be taken in order to avoid accident.
