Simplifying Design of Process Pipeline and Its Application

  • 摘要: 针对工艺配管专业设计过程中的某些缺陷, 分析了简化工艺配管设计的必要性和可行性。从三维配管软件的使用、分系统的简化、同类型系统的简化、材料统计的简化等方面阐述了几种工艺配管简化设计的方法, 以适应工艺改进和生产实际的需要。

     

    Abstract: In the light of some defects existed in design of process pipeline, the necessity and feasibility in simplifying design of process pipeline are analyzed. Some simplifying methods based on 3D pipeline software, simplification on branch and same type system as well as materials staristics are described in order to meet the needs of process improvement and operation practice.
