管内高压智能封堵技术

Intelligent Plugging Techniques in High-pressure Pipeline

  • 摘要: 概述了管内高压智能封堵技术的发展现状。介绍了管内高压智能封堵系统的构造及工作原理, 指出智能封堵器的结构设计及其应急处理技术、封堵压力及密封性能、微型液压系统设计及工作过程的建模与分析和超低频电磁脉冲通讯及控制技术是研发管内高压智能封堵的关键技术。通过对管内高压智能封堵器应用前景的展望, 强调了我国当前加速研发管内高压智能封堵系统的迫切性。

     

    Abstract: The development and application of high-pressure pipeline intelligent plugging technology are described and the structure and work principle of high-pressure intelligent plugging system is introduced. It is pointed out that the structure design of intelligent plug and its emergency response technique, plugging pressure/sealing property, micro-hydraulic system's design, modeling of its operation process and analysis, ultra low frequency eletromagnetic signal system and control technique are key technologies to develop the intelligent plug. With application respect of the intelligent plugging technology, the instancy for speeding-up development of intelligent plugging system in China is put forward.
