钢质储罐底板涂层的应用检测与评价

Applied Inspection and Evaluation to the Coating of Bottom Plates of Steel Oil Tanks

  • 摘要: 采用现场检测与试验室测试相结合的方式, 对储油罐底板单一导静电涂层和新型复合导静电涂层进行了检测和对比分析。现场检测结果、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及电化学测试系统的检测结果表明, 新型复合涂层的内防腐性能优于传统的单一导静电防腐涂层, 可以大幅度强化储罐底板的防腐效果。

     

    Abstract: A technique combined with field inspection and laboratory test is adopted to examine and analyze the property of single electrostatic-conducted coating and compound coating. Results from field inspection, SEM (Scanning Electronic Microscope), energy spectrum analysis and electrochemistry testing system demonstrate that compared with conventional single electrostatic-conducted coating, antiseptic property of the new compound coating is remarkable, which can greatly improve anticorrosive effect of the bottom plates of steel oil tanks.
