盐穴储气库井口水合物生成的影响因素

Influencing Factors of Hydrate Formation in Wellhead of Salt-Cavern Gas Storage

  • 摘要: 介绍了储气库井口的水合物生成条件, 分析了井口温压变化规律及天然气各组分对水合物生成的影响。分析结果表明, 储气库溶腔建腔过程中形成的残留水以及运行过程中连续的注采循环为井口水合物的生成提供了条件; 天然气中各主要组分对水合物的生成也存在一定程度的影响。分析结果可为防治盐穴储气库井口水合物的生成, 采取有效的预防措施提供理论参考。

     

    Abstract: Conditions of gas hydrate formed in the wellhead of gas storage are presented and influences of temperature changing law in weUhead and gas components on the formation of gas hydrate are analyzed. Results indicate that the rudimental brine in salt-caverns forming process and continuous cycle of injection and production in operation of gas storage caverns make the temperature and pressure of the wellhead more possible falling in the range of hydrates formation; and sensitive degree of gas components will influence on forming of gas hydrate. Analysis results may provide theoretical reference to prevention of hydrate formation in wellhead of gas storage caverns and take effective measures to preveht from hydrate formation.
