直接管式加热炉弯头箱结露腐蚀的防治措施

Protective Measures for Dew Point Corrosion of Bend-chamber of Direct Tubular Heater

  • 摘要: 针对直接管式轻型加热炉对流室弯头箱密封处渗水问题进行了分析, 研究了弯头箱发生渗水和积灰腐蚀以及衬里脱落的原因。制定了改进措施, 并提出了完善直接管式轻型加热炉性能的相关建议。

     

    Abstract: In the light of such problem existed during operation as seepage water founding in sealing area of convection chamber's bend-chamber, analysis and study are carried out for the reasons of seepage water within bend-chamber, corrosion from soot deposited and insulation linings fallen away. Technical improvement measures are worked out and relative suggestions are put forward to perfect the performance of the direct lightweight package tubular heater.
