中哈原油管道冬季运行问题分析

Analysis on Problems in Winter Operation of Sino-Kazakhstan Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对中哈原油管道冬季运行期受地温低及油品凝点高等因素的影响而易发生油泥沉积及蜡堵等现象, 认为应采取低输量运行、改变输送方式、连通旁通管等解决措施, 并提出了掺混稀释输送、添加降凝剂、调整清管程序、设立增压站等建议。

     

    Abstract: Problems in winter operation of this oil pipeline appear as unsteady set points with more pigged impurities, lower ground temperature along the pipeline route, which will result in oil sludge deposition and wax plugging. Effective approach considered is to operate at low throughput, change delivery way and connect bypass pipe, also blending transportation, PPD added, proper pigging procedure or booster station building up are suggested.
