集油储罐腐蚀分析与防护措施

Analysis of Oil Gathering Tank's Corrosion and Corrosion Control Measures

  • 摘要: 针对储油罐中原油含水、硫酸盐还原菌等腐蚀性介质加速储罐腐蚀发生穿孔的问题, 对油罐底板及底圈壁板内外表面腐蚀的原因及机理进行了分析。结合冷湖油田原油储罐实际情况, 对储油罐底板、底圈壁板内外表面及罐底边缘板实施了有效的防护措施, 降低了储罐的腐蚀速率, 延长了油罐检修周期。

     

    Abstract: Water content and sulfate reducing bacteria (SRB) will accelerate the corrosion of oil tanks at bottom plate and bottom shell plate. Reason and mechanism of corrosion for internal and external surfaces of bottom plate are analyzed. Based on actual condition of the crude oil tanks in Lenghu Oilfield, effective protection measures have been taken at these locations. These measures cut down the corrosion rate of the oil tanks and thus overhaul period for the oil tanks is prolonged.
