管壁厚度与缺陷外检测技术的现状

Status quo of External Inspection Technique for Pipe Wall Thickness and Defects

  • 摘要: 介绍了脉冲瞬变评价、长距导波检测和局部开挖超声波抽测三种油田埋地管道管壁厚度与缺陷外检测技术的发展现状, 分析对比了该三种技术的优缺点。通过在胜利油田及国外的应用, 给出了各种技术的适用范围, 对于油田埋地管道管体腐蚀与缺陷检测及管道泄漏事故预警具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: The paper provides 3 special external inspection techniques to detect the pipe wall thickness and pipe defects for buried pipelines in oilfield, that is, pulse transient evaluation method, long-spacing guided wave inspection method and spot check with ultrasonic wave inspection. Advantages and disadvantages of these techniques are analyzed and compared. Through application of these inspection techniques at Shengli Oilfield and abroad, applicable scope of these techniques is given, which has guiding significance for pipe corrosion and defect inspection in oilfields' pipeline and warning of pipeline leaking accident.
