东临复线管道补口防腐失效分析

Analysis on Rupture Failure of Field Coating for Welded Joint in Dongying-Linyi Parallel Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 以东临复线乔庄进站管道爆管事故为例, 从现场勘察破裂形貌、现场强制电流阴极保护系统有效性调查、土壤电阻率的测试、管道埋深及失效点的防腐层材料特性等方面, 对爆管区域内的补口材料性能及腐蚀影响因素进行了分析。指出管道因埋深浅使得粘接性差的补口材料在温差影响下易产生腐蚀缺陷, 当瞬时水击压力超高时易引发爆管, 并针对此问题提出了相应的防治方法及建议。

     

    Abstract: Taking the pipe rupture accident of inlet pipeline at Qiaozhuang Pumping Station in Dongying-Linyi Parallel Oil Pipeline as an example, an analysis on the characteristics of field coating material for welded joint around rupture area and corrosion factors is carried out from the rupture form of pipe, investigation on the effectiveness of impressed current in cathodic protection system, testing to soil resistivity, depth of pipeline and property of coating materials. It is concluded that insufficient depth of pipe and poor adhesive material resulted in pipe corrosion under the effect of temperature difference, pipe rupture happened when instantaneous surge pressure produced. Relevant protection measures against the issues and recommended requirements are presented.
