煤焦轻油在输油站加热中的效能分析

Efficiency Analysis of Light Coal Tar in Heating of Pumping Stations

  • 摘要: 介绍了煤焦轻油的主要成分, 阐述了煤焦轻油在接卸、计量、结算的工作程序及切换燃烧的一般事项, 分析了煤焦轻油及燃烧产物对环境影响的监测结果。通过鲁宁输油处各输油站改煤焦轻油作燃料的实践, 表明煤焦轻油作燃料, 不仅成本低, 而且符合环保要求, 在特定条件下是原油的最佳替代燃料。

     

    Abstract: Main composition of light coal tar is introduced. Working procedures for unloading, metering and settlement of light coal tar and general proceedings in switching combustion are explained, and results from environment impact monitoring for the light coal tar and combustion products are analyzed. Through practice of light coal tar substituting for fuel at pumping stations in Luning Oil Transportation Company, it is indicated that utilizing light coal tar as a substitution for crude oil or fuel oil for heaters and boilers in pumping station is a cost-effective approach to energy saving.
