Analysis on Loss and Gain of Quantity in Distribution of Refined Oil Products

  • 摘要: 分析了成品油配送过程中数量亏溢产生的影响因素, 介绍了亏溢可能发生量的计算方法、亏溢性质认定、铅封功用和施封作业模式。提出计量误差是引发计量纠纷的主要因素, 也是亏溢标准制定的关键。根据计量误差的确定方式不同, 油品亏溢标准可采用标准误差法、实际误差法和统标误差法三种方法确定, 认为统标误差法采用的各系统误差是同一计量系统检验标定的实际误差。

     

    Abstract: Factors influencing on loss and gain of quantity in distribution of refined oil products are analyzed. To solve this problem, estimation method and judgment of the quantity of loss and gain, seal function and sealing process are mentioned in the paper. It is presented that error metering is a major factor in metering disagreements and also the key in establishing loss and gains standard. Based on different error confirming way in metering, standard error method, actual error method and uniform error method may be used to confirm loss and gain standard. It is considered that each system error applied by uniform error method is the actual error in testing calibration of a same metering system.
