注聚驱产出液处理技术研究

Treatment Technique Research of Fluid Produced by Polymer Flooding

  • 摘要: 针对聚合物驱油田产出液含有大量聚合物难于将油水分离的问题, 分析了含聚合物产出液的特性, 提出了注聚驱产出液的化学处理技术。研究表明, 产出液粘度会随其聚合物含量的增加变高, 对脱水与污水沉降除油效果及污水过滤速度的影响也越大, 但对处理后水中COD的影响不大; 筛选了适合大港油田聚合物驱产出液处理的预处理剂KYYC-2, 当预处理剂KYYC-2的加量为70 mg/L时, 6 h后其脱水率、净化油含水率、脱出污水含油量及污水中悬浮物含量均达到了规定的指标要求。

     

    Abstract: In the light of large amount of polymer in fluid produced by polymer flooding, which makes oil-water separation more difficult, the paper analyzes the characteristics of produced fluid containing polymer, and presents a chemical treatment technique for fluid produced by polymer flooding. Research results show that with the increasing of polymer concentration, the viscosity of the produced fluid increases, and the influence on dehydration, wastewater settlement, oil removal and speed of wastewater filtration become stronger, but on COD in the water after treatment is weak. Pretreatment agent KYYC-2 suitable for fluid produced by polymer flooding of Dagang Oilfield is selected and applied. Results display that when the concentration of KYYC-2 is 70 mg/L, after 6 hours, dehydration rate, water cut of purified crude oil, oil-bearing of wastewater and suspension content in wastewater all meet the needs of technical regulations.
