模糊层次分析法在管道线路优选中的应用

The Application of Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchical Process in Evaluation and Selection of Pipeline Route

  • 摘要: 针对管道线路优选问题, 将层次分析法和模糊评价方法相结合, 对多指标多层次的管道线路方案进行优选。首先利用模糊评价方法处理决策指标, 然后采用客观赋权的方法确定指标权重, 最终得到各方案的综合决策指标, 从而选出最优方案。采用客观数据赋权, 降低了传统层次分析法对专家打分的依赖, 减少了人为因素造成的权重分配不当和主观错误, 使管道选线更加客观和合理。通过实际案例分析, 证明该方法具有较强的实用性和可操作性。

     

    Abstract: In view of the feature of pipeline route's selection, both analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation process are used on scheme selection of pipeline routes with multiple index and hierarchy. Firstly, every index is handled by using fuzzy evaluation process; then, objective empowering method can be used to determine the weight of every index and finally, synthesis evaluation indexes of different schemes may be obtained, resulting in optimum scheme and its suboptimum schemes. The feature of this article is to use objective empowering method, which can decrease the dependence on the expert making method in the traditional analytic hierarchical process and can also decrease the unfitting weight distributing and subjective fault because of human factors. The case provided for a gas pipeline shows that this method has more fierce practicability and operability.
