L-M方法优化管输原油蜡沉积速率模型

Levenberg-Marquardt Method Optimizing Wax Deposition Rate Model for Oil Pipelines

  • 摘要: 通过设计一个平方和函数, 使蜡沉积速率的计算值与实测值的残差平方和为最小的优化数学模型成为一个无约束的非线性规划问题。采用快速、准确搜索非线性模型未知变量的Levenberg-Marquardt优化方法求解模型中的回归参数。经算例检验, 与逐步回归分析法相比, 用L-M优化方法搜索模型回归参数能更准确地描述蜡沉积速率的变化规律。

     

    Abstract: The paper designs a sum of square function, which is an optimization mathematical model that makes the residual sum of squares of wax deposition rate between the calculated and the measured minimum. The model is an unrestricted nonlinear programming problem. The author adopts Levenberg-Marquardt (L-M) optimization method which can fast and accurately seek the unknown variable of nonlinear model to compute regression parameters of the model. The effect of regression parameters using L-M optimization method seeking model is better than stepwise regression analysis method, after the algorithm exampie and the comparison.
