Abstract:
Taking the oblique well crossing craft in a loess steep slope in some location of Shan'xi Province as an example, a method of numerical analysis is used to simulate and calculate excavation and support process of an oblique well.Five potential schemes are simulated and analyzed.After calculation, results including the stress, deformation of the cavern boundaries and distributive laws of the failure field are studied and compared.Based on these analyses, an optimum support scheme is given.Numerical simulation is performed to confirm the optimum support scheme.Result shows the middle of the oblique well should be highly focused on due to its large stress and deformation during supporting.
