中洛线断裂管材的机械性能分析

Mechanical Properties Analysis of Pipe Fractured in Zhongyuan Oilfield-Luoyang Petrochemical Plant Pipeline

  • 摘要: 中洛线濮阳出站处管道发生断裂, 为此进行了系列机械性能测试。单向拉伸试验结果表明, 尽管管材的屈服与强度极限数值较高, 但塑性较差, 在应力-应变曲线中并没有表现出明显的屈服阶段, 焊缝处材料明显呈现脆性。管材的冲击韧性最大值仅为50.30J/cm2, 韧性较差; 焊缝处韧脆转变温度在15~20℃之间, 明显偏高; 试样的断口和金相分析等均表明焊缝处管材具有很高的脆性。

     

    Abstract: A series of mechanical property tests were performed for the pipe from Zhongyuan Oilfield to Luoyang Petrochemical Plant Pipeline.Tensile tests show that the pipe material has a high yield limit and strength limit, but poor plasticity.These stress-strain curves do not have an obvious yield stage.Weld materials behave high brittleness.The pipe impact toughness is low with the maximum value of 50.30 J/cm2.The ductile-brittle transition temperature at weld materials is between 15 and 20℃, higher than normal.Furthermore, fracture and metallographic analysis of weld specimens exhibit clearly brittle features.
