Efficiency Inspection on Heater and Boiler

  • 摘要: 以中国石油管道分公司所辖的庆铁线、秦京线等管道的加热炉、锅炉检测为例, 按照相关要求并使用标准检测设备对其热效率、排烟浓度、空气系数等参数进行了测试, 找出了影响加热炉热效率的主要原因。分析了加热炉运行情况, 提出应根据输油工艺要求及时调整加热炉工况, 使其达到最佳的运行状态。

     

    Abstract: Taking the inspections of heaters and boilers used in Daqing-Tieling Oil Pipeline and Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline as examples, such parameters as thermal efficiency, concentration of flue gas extraction and air coefficient are measured in line with relative requirements using standard inspection equipment in order to find out major factors influencing on thermal efficiency of the heaters.Operation status of the heaters are analyzed and recommendations are presented that adjustment should be done to operation conditions of the heaters based on oil transportation requirements to ensure them to run at high thermal efficiency.
