大型钢质浮顶原油罐内壁处理技术
Rehabilitation Technique for Internal Wall of Large-scale Steel Floating Roof Oil Tank

摘要: 分析了大型钢质浮顶原油储罐油气损耗的影响因素。针对浮顶与罐壁间密封效果差的问题, 提出了通过涂层工艺处理来降低储罐内壁表面粗糙度的措施。实践证明, 浮顶罐内壁涂层处理后表面摩擦系数大大降低, 表面沾油量下降90%以上, 发油损耗仅为处理前的3.1%, 周转损耗可降低62.7%。Abstract: Factors impacting on evaporation loss of light gas for large-scale steel floating roof oil tank are analyzed.Aiming at the issue arising from poor sealing between floating roof and tank wall, measures for improving surface roughness over tank inner wall by adopting coating preparation are put forward.Rehabilitation practice for floating roof tank demonstrates that the surface friction coefficient of the inner wall reduced greatly after coating rehabilitation, over 90% is decrease for surface oil, oil loss in unloading is only 3.1% compared with that prior to rehabilitation and turnover loss is reduced to 62.7%.
