粒子图像测速仪沟槽减阻特性的试验

Experimental Study on Groove Drug Characteristics by Particle Image Velocimetry

  • 摘要: 利用粒子图像测速仪(PIV)技术, 研究了光滑平板中顺流向嵌入V形和梯形沟槽板对湍流边界层的平均速度、壁面切应力分布及阻力特性等的影响。对零压力梯度下的V形、梯形沟槽和光滑平板湍流边界层进行了对比测量。考察了在相同的来流速度下同一位置的平均速度、壁面切应力, 并分别利用动量损失法和Ludwieg & Tillman经验公式法计算了沟槽板和光滑平板局部阻力系数。试验结果表明, 沟槽能增加粘性底层的厚度, 减小壁面切应力, 减阻效果明显。

     

    Abstract: Particle Image Velocimetry(PIV)technology is used to study the impact and measure the turbulent boundary layer of V-shaped, trapezoidal groove and smooth plate under zero pressure gradient.Comparable measurement is conducted to inspect the average velocity and wall shear stress at the same location under the same flow rate.The local drag coefficient of grooves and smooth plate is calculated by using the loss of momentum and Lugwieg & Tillman experience formula method.The results show that groove can'increase the thickness of viscous sublayer and decrease wall shear with obvious drag reduction effect.
