秦京线混输大庆冀东原油优化运行研究

Research on Optimizing Operation of Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline to Transport Daqing-Jidong Blends

摘要: 针对秦京线不同管段输送不同物性原油的情况, 基于秦京线基础数据和大庆冀东混合原油流变特性, 编制了秦京线混输大庆冀东原油优化运行计算软件, 制定了秦京线混输大庆冀东原油优化运行方案。通过优化输油泵组合, 实现秦皇岛—迁安管段的优化运行, 节流损失基本消除。通过确定最低允许进站温度, 优化输油泵组合, 实现了迁安—房山管段的优化运行。

Abstract: Aiming at the situation that different Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline section transports different kinds of crude oils and based on the basic data of Qinhuangdao-Beijing Oil Pipeline and rheololgical behavior of Daqing-Jidong blends, an optimized operational computing software is developed and optimized operation scheme for the pipeline is established.Through optimizing the combination of oil pump sets, optimized operation is realized in Qinhuangdao-Qian' an pipe section and throttle loss is eliminated basically.By determining the minimum allowable inlet temperature and optimizing the combination of oil pump sets, optimized operation is realized in Qian'an-Fangshan pipe section.
