提高我国高强度输气管道设计系数研究

Study on Increasing Design Coefficient for China's Gas Transmission Pipeline of High Strength Pipe

  • 摘要: 在保证管道安全性的前提下, 提高管道设计系数可以减小壁厚, 节约管材, 提高经济效益。分别从管道外腐蚀、第三方破坏、制管技术、焊接性能及检测技术几个方面探讨了提高我国高强度输气管道设计系数可行性的问题。

     

    Abstract: Increasing pipeline's design coefficient under the condition of pipeline security is capable of decreasing pipe wall thickness, saving pipes and thus increasing economic benefit.A feasibility study is conducted in the aspects of external corrosion, third party's damage, pipe manufacturing technology, weldability and inspection techniques for the purpose of discussing the feasibility of increasing design coefficient of high strength gas pipelines.
