庆哈埋地管道安全停输时间模拟

Model for Simulating Safety Shutdown Time of Daqing-Harbin Buried Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对庆哈埋地输油管道的实际生产运行工况, 以停输管道最危险管段为研究对象, 建立了管道停输时非稳态传热简化模型, 利用CFD计算软件模拟停输后管内油温随时间的变化规律, 确定了庆哈埋地管道一年四季的安全停输时间, 为管道安全生产运行提供了理论指导。

     

    Abstract: In view of actual operating condition of Daqing-Harbin buried hot oil pipeline, the simplified unsteady state heat transfer physical and mathematical models in shutdown time are established taking the most dangerous pipe section in shutdown as a study object.Making use of CFD software, an ordinary rule of crude oil temperature changing with time are simulated, and the safe shutdown time of Daqing-Harbin pipeline all the year round is confirmed and then theoretical direction for pipeline safety operation is provided.
