自然常温输送工艺在港东油田的应用

Non-heating Transportation Technology of Crude Oil Applied in Gangdong Oilfield

  • 摘要: 介绍了港东油田输送方式的发展历程和自然常温输送技术的概念。分析了原油含水率、温度、化学药剂等因素对原油自然常温输送的影响, 并针对港东油田利用自然常温输送后个别单井出现的回压下降问题, 提出了管道清蜡、定期热洗和添加化学剂等技术措施。

     

    Abstract: Developing stages for transporting manner and idea of non-heating transportation technology for crude oil in Gangdong Oilfield, Tianjin are introduced.The impact of water content, temperature and chemical additives on non-heating transportation process is analyzed.And measures such as deep burying of pipeline and periodic hot-water cleaning are put forward to deal with the issue arising in individual well operated with the non-heating transportation process in Gangdong Oilfield.
