管道流体流变性的一般规律研究

Rheological Study on General Flow Law of Fluid in Pipes

  • 摘要: 分析了管道中流体流动的普遍规律, 建立了管道流体一般性流动模型, 提出了非牛顿流体阻力计算的有效方法。研究成果得到了试验数据的验证, 适用于各种非牛顿流体管道输送的分析研究, 有助于满足日益高涨的煤浆和矿浆管道建设发展的需要, 对高粘高凝原油管道输送也具有实际意义。

     

    Abstract: Starting from the general flow law for fluid piped, the universal flow law for fluid in pipes is analyzed and a fluid model for general flow in pipes is established and an effective method to calculating fluid resistance of non-Newtonian fluid is presented.Study results are supported by experimental data, which is suitable for analyzing and studying various non-Newtonian fluids piped and helpful to meet the needs of developing construction of coal slurry and slurry pipelines, and also significant for pipelining high viscous crude oils and pour-point crude.
