Requirements for Radiography Inspection of Pipeline in Standard SY/T 4109-2005

  • 摘要: 从检测工艺和底片评定标准两方面介绍了新颁布的标准SY/T 4109-2005《石油天然气钢质管道无损检测》的特点。与行业标准JB/T 4730-2005相比, 新标准规定, 在射线检测时像质计放置在胶片侧, 优先选用中心单壁透照, 并且放宽了细长条渣、未焊透、内凹、烧穿缺陷的评定标准。认为新标准加强了射线检测的针对性和可操作性。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduces the characteristics of newly-issued standard SY/T 4109-2005. 《Non-destructive Inspection of Steel Pipe for Oil and Gas Pipeline》in the aspects of radiography inspection technique and film evaluation. Compared with JB/T 4730-2005 (industry standard), the new standard regulates that during radiography inspection, image indicator should be put on the film side, prior to center transmission on single wall of pipe, and evaluation standards on defects in string slag, lack of fusion, sag and penetration is extended a certain limit. The author considers that the pertinence and operability of the new standard for the radiography inspection of pipeline are further stronger.
