Design and Construction to Sedimentation of On-line Pipeline withElbows

  • 摘要: 将弯头弯管段视为一个整体, 应用CAESAR Ⅱ软件对弯头弯管段的沉降进行了应力分析和计算, 该软件不仅可以满足应力分析的要求, 而且还可以给出相应的位移数据, 有利于设计和施工过程中采取相应的安全措施, 保证带弯头弯管段不停输沉降施工的安全性。介绍了带弯头弯管段不停输沉降的施工步骤和注意事项, 指出在施工过程中, 应根据现场施工的实际情况, 合理调整施工进度和采取必要的技术措施。

     

    Abstract: Taking a pipeline section with elbows as a whole pipeline, stress analysis and calculation are carried out to the sedimentation of pipe section with elbows by means of CAESAR II software. The calculation method can not only ensure the stress analysis meeting the needs of relative requirements, but also give corresponding displacement data, which is helpful for taking relative measures during design and construction and ensuring sedimentation safety of on-line pipeline with elbows. The author gives operating procedure and technical requirements for sedimentation of on-line pipeline with elbows and points out that construction schedule should be regulated rationally and necessary technical measures shall be taken according to field situation.
