管道自动喷涂机具的研制与应用

Development of Automatic Coating Spraying Apparatus for Pipeline and Its Application

  • 摘要: 针对国内管道防腐大修不停输、开挖面积小、作业空间有限的特点, 研制了管道自动喷涂机具。给出了管道自动喷涂机具的工作原理, 阐述了机具的机械结构设计、控制系统原理。在东部管道进行了现场应用试验, 试验结果表明, 该机具可自动执行在役埋地管体表面喷涂作业, 运行平稳, 雾化效果良好, 喷涂涂层厚度均匀, 可自动纠偏、自动控制运行。

     

    Abstract: Automatic spraying apparatus for pipeline coating is developed aiming at the characteristics of a on-line pipeline in coating rehabilitation, small excavation area and limited working space domestically. Analysis is made on working principle of the apparatus, and its mechanical structural design and principle of control system are set forth meanwhile. Field test is carried out in Northern Pipeline for its application. Results show that the apparatus can operate surface spray over an in-service pipeline automatically and work steadily and reliably, with good atomizing effect and even spraying thickness. The apparatus can make automatic rectification and control operation automatically.
