浮顶储油罐灭火问题分析及改进措施

Analysis on Fire Extinguishing of Floating-roof Oil Tank and Improvement Measures

  • 摘要: 分析了大型浮顶储油罐采用的感温电缆、光纤光栅感温报警和电视监控火灾预警系统存在的缺陷。指出在消防系统灭火过程中, 罐顶泡沫灭火系统存在盲区、地面固定及移动消防设施灭火效果差是影响灭火成功率的主要因素。结合实际提出了改进措施和提高灭火效率的方法。

     

    Abstract: Several defects existed in temperature induction cable, fiber-grating temperature induction alarm system and fire pre-alarm monitoring system installed in large-scale floating-roof oil tank are analyzed and problems arising during oil tanks' fire fighting are studied. It is pointed out that for the extinguishing system during fire fighting, there is a blind area for foam system of tank top, the fire control capacity for ground fixed and/or moving extinguishing system are lower, which are major failure factors to extinguish fire. In the light of field fire of oil tank, improvement measures to enhance fire fighting effectiveness are provided.
