中间管段重复添加减阻剂对管道运行的影响

Influence of DRA Reinjection at Middle Pump Station on the Operation of DRA-added Pipeline

  • 摘要: 介绍了HG减阻剂在河石线现场的应用情况, 讨论了中间管段重复加剂对添加减阻剂管道运行的影响。现场应用表明, 中间管段重复加剂具有一定的减阻效果和增输能力, 但效率低于前面泵站加剂的效果。

     

    Abstract: The application of HG DRA in Hejian-Shijiazhuang Oil Pipeline is introduced. The influence of DRA reinjection at middle pump station on the operation of DRA-added pipeline is discussed. Field application shows that DRA reinjection at middle pump station to DRA-added pipeline can obtain certain drag reduction effectiveness and increase throughput, but drag reduction rate is lower than that of DRA reinjection at the front pump station.
