本体聚合油溶性减阻剂的抗剪切性能

Anti-shear Property of Drag Reducer Prepared by Bulk Polymerization

  • 摘要: 通过对采用Ziegler-Natta催化剂引发α-烯烃本体聚合法制备的油溶性减阻剂抗剪切性能的研究, 发现随着剪切次数的递增, 减阻率明显下降, 并最终趋于零。随着加剂浓度的增加, 抗剪切性能明显提高。试验结果可以为现场试验或现场应用提供有效的依据。

     

    Abstract: Through the research on the anti-shear property of an alpha-olefin polymer served as oil-soluble drag reducer prepared by bulk polymerization with Ziegler-Natta catalyst, it is found out that with the drag reducer having been suffered several shears, the drag reducing effect will decline sharply and to zero finally. Meanwhile, adding more drag reducer to the pipelining oil will contribute to good anti-shear property. The results obtained from the test can be used as an effective basis to direct pilot implementation and industrial application of drag reducer.
