生物修复大庆原油污染土壤

Bioremediation of Soil Contaminated by Daqing Crude Oil

  • 摘要: 对生物修复大庆原油污染土壤的最佳条件进行了筛选, 并在最佳条件下开展了工程规模的模拟修复试验。试验结果表明, 在试验选定的三个污染浓度范围内, 污染浓度高的土壤石油烃的去除率最高, 修复初期土壤中石油烃的去除率较高, 修复后期土壤中石油烃的生物降解速率趋于平缓; 60 d内污染土壤中石油烃的去除率达到80%;7个月后土壤中石油烃的去除率达到99%。研究表明, 在适宜条件下采用生物技术修复大庆原油污染土壤, 可取得最佳效果。

     

    Abstract: Selection is carried out for an optimal condition of the bioremediation of soil contaminated by Daqing crude oil and simulating mediation experiments are conducted in engineering scale under the optimal condition. Results show that within the three contaminated concentration areas chosen, Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH) contented in the highly contaminated soil are removed most; the removal rate of TPH in the soil in initial mediation stage is higher and the degradation rate of TPH in the soil in late stage goes mildly. TPH removal rate in the soil within 60 days achieves 80% and that after 7 months reaches up to 99%. The experiments indicate that optimal effect can be obtained using the bioremediation technology to mediate the soil contaminated by Daqing crude oil under suitable conditions.
