固定顶油罐油气空间温度分布及变化研究
Study on Temperature Distribution and Variation of Oil Vapor in Fixed Roof Oil Tank

摘要: 建立了固定顶油罐热传导模型, 结合现场实测数据, 对油罐温度场分布进行了理论推导。通过线性拟合和灰色关联分析, 验证了理论推导数据具有很高的精度。对影响温度场变化的因素进行了分析, 为深入研究蒸发损耗和合理选择油罐表面覆盖材料提供了参考。Abstract: A heat-transfer model for fixed roof oil tank is set up. Combined with actual field data, deductions for temperature distribution of oil tank are made theoretically. By means of linear fitting and gray correlation analyses, theoretical data deducted are showed a high accuracy. Factors influencing variation of temperature field are analyzed and conclusions provide references for further research on evaporation loss and rational selection of surface coating materials of oil tank.
