联合站风险模糊综合评价方法研究

Study on Fuzzy Poly-assessment Method of Risks in Combined-stations

  • 摘要: 在借鉴国外管道风险评价技术的基本思想和处理方法基础上, 结合我国油田联合站的实际条件, 运用模糊数学中模糊综合评价方法, 制定了符合我国国情的联合站模糊风险评价方法。以联合站风险评价指标体系为基础, 提出了联合站风险评价的模糊综合评价模型, 建立了联合站风险影响模糊失效可能性因素体系和模糊失效后果因素体系, 形成了较为客观的联合站失效可能性因素及失效后果因素评价方法。

     

    Abstract: Referencing the basic theory and technology of pipeline risk assessment and disposing method in foreign countries and combined with real working conditions in combined-stations in China, a risk assessment system for combined-stations tallying with China's situation by using fuzzy poly-assessment method of fuzzy mathematics is set up and a model of fuzzy mathematics to assess the risk of combined-stations is raised based on risk assessment index system. And a complete system of fuzzy failure factors and fuzzy consequence factors for combined-stations is established, which constitutes an objective criterion to assess the failure and consequence factors of combined-stations.
