金属油罐的腐蚀检测与监测技术

Corrosion Detection and Monitoring Technique of Metal Oil Tank

  • 摘要: 介绍了目前国内外常用的金属油罐腐蚀检/监测技术, 对比分析了几种检测油罐腐蚀程度的方法, 认为建立腐蚀监测系统是金属油罐腐蚀检测技术的发展趋势。提出应将油罐基础检漏层技术与声发射技术相结合, 以对金属油罐腐蚀状况进行实时监测和视情维修。

     

    Abstract: The paper introduces the popular corrosion detection and monitoring technique of metal oil tank and several corrosion detection methods are compared and analyzed. It is considered that establishing corrosion detection systems is a future development tendency for corrosion detection and monitoring technique of metal oil tank. The authors put forward that the leakage detecting layer of tank foundation combines with acoustic emission technique is an effective means to timely detect the corrosion of metal oil tank and find tank leakage in time which is the base to real-time monitoring and situation-based repair of metal oil tank.
