碳纤维复合材料修补缺陷管道的应用实践

Applying Carbon Fiber Composite System to Repair Corroded Pipe

  • 摘要: 介绍了碳纤维复合材料维修补强技术及其补强原理。根据鄯善输气站站内天然气管道管体腐蚀的特点, 引入了有限元数值模拟辅助设计方法, 对含缺陷管道进行了碳纤维修复补强方案设计和可行性论证。修复结果表明, 碳纤维复合材料修复补强缺陷管道具有带压运行修复和免焊、不动火的优点, 可有效降低管道维修的风险。

     

    Abstract: The technology of carbon fiber composite material used for repair and its working principle arepresented in the paper.Aiming at the characteristics of high operation pressure and abnormal geometricfigure of the pipeline inside Shanshan Gas Transmission Station, finite element aided design method isintroduced into the repair program and its feasibility is demonstrated.Field repair results show that thecarbon fiber composite system can be in-line used to repair the corroded pipe without any welding, whicheffectively decrease the risk in common repair operation.
