Field Stress and Strain Testing on Damaged Pipe Segment in LuNing Oil Pipeline

  • 摘要: 针对管道盗油孔自身及其焊接修复时产生的残余应力以及修补结构应力集中降低管道承载能力的现状, 对鲁宁管道某盗油管段在实际生产运营中的应力应变分布进行了现场测量。采用电阻应变测量法(电测法), 对被盗管段应力应变分布的测试结果进行了分析, 结果表明, 对管体的强度进行评价时只考虑环向应力即可, 盗油孔及其修补结构局部应力集中系数最大值为2.1。

     

    Abstract: Oil-stealing orifice, residual stress by welding repair and the stress concentration by repair structures such as welding hats and welding sheets will lead to distinct decrease of pipelines to bear internal pressure.A field testing on the distribution of stress and strain over a service pipe segment in LuNing Oil Pipeline is made and an analysis to the distribution of stress and strain over the damaged pipe segment with resistivity stram measurement is conducted.Results show that it is enough to take the circumferential stress intoaccount when assessing the residual strength, and the max.stress coneentration value in oil-stealing orificeand welding repair location is 2.1.
